Working Hours : Monday to Friday, EST

Salary : $1,500 USD / month negotiable + Commissions

Contract Type : Independent Contractor

About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Representative who thrives on owning the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing deals. If you’re a proactive closer who’s great at handling objections and passionate about connecting families with impactful education solutions, this is your lane.

You’ll be representing a fast-growing company that's changing how students prepare for standardized tests, focusing on personalized strategies that build skills beyond the exam.

We need someone who’s sharp, confident, and understands how to speak to both value and results. You’ll be the engine behind our sales growth, working closely with marketing and operations to convert leads into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full Sales Ownership : From cold calling and lead generation to discovery calls, demos, and closing deals—you’ll manage it all.
  • Cold Outreach & Follow-ups : Engage with inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and social channels.
  • Build Client Relationships : Understand family needs, communicate value, and nurture trust with professionalism and empathy.
  • Pipeline Management : Keep CRM updated, track KPIs, and manage leads with speed and precision.
  • Objection Handling : Confidently address concerns and move prospects forward with clarity and care.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align on messaging, offers, and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales within education, edtech, or a related field
  • Fluent English (C1 level) with minimal accent, you’ll be client-facing every day
  • Proven closer with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic, persuasive, and clear
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable working EST hours
  • Organized, proactive and self-driven
