We are now seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Manager to oversee the technical operations that support our hospitals safety performance and growth.

Role Overview:
The Regional Technical Manager will lead and coordinate all technical engineering and facilities functions across several hospital sites. This senior role ensures optimal performance of medical and non-medical equipment infrastructure reliability regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for technical operations across multiple hospitals.
• Oversee maintenance of critical hospital infrastructure utilities and engineering systems.
• Manage biomedical equipment upkeep performance and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team providing guidance training and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage technical budgets procurement vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Support expansion projects renovations and new technology installations.
• Drive operational efficiency sustainability initiatives and risk-reduction strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Biomedical or a related field).
• GCC Factories.
• 7 years of technical or engineering management experience preferably in healthcare or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems and medical equipment.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-site technical teams.
• Excellent analytical planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
