Acting as a strategic business partner to the Regional General Manager, youll play a key role in driving profitability, operational discipline and sustainable growth, all while ensuring that the region is audit-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full regional reporting, consolidations and management accounts
- Costing, variance analysis, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow oversight
- Payroll reconciliations and management of people costs
- Procurement, inventory and fixed assets control
- Risk management, governance and compliance
- Sales and commercial oversight to support revenue growth
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Working capital optimisation and audit management
