Remote Growth Marketer : Copywriting & Content Distribution for a crypto-native CPA firm.

This role is a full-stack content and distribution position focused on filling the pipeline, amplifying authority, and building distribution.

Not a fluff content role or agency seat.

Join a Forbes-recognized firm and work with a technical founder on crypto accounting and Web3 projects.

The role is full-time and remote, with overlap in U.S. EST hours.

Responsibilities

Content Repurposing & AI-Assisted Copywriting : take raw video, transcripts, and founder insights and convert them into SEO blog posts, LinkedIn posts, tweet threads, short-form video scripts, and email newsletters.

Use tools like ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Descript, and Opus Clip to produce content efficiently and at scale.

Distribute content across X, LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, and YouTube Shorts; manage the multi-platform distribution calendar.

Maintain the internal content tracker and ensure assets are cataloged and leveraged across channels.

Develop and manage the firm's SEO strategy focused on lead-generation keywords for crypto investors, Web3 companies, and emerging niches.

Create keyword clusters, article outlines, and internal linking strategies using SurferSEO and Ahrefs; publish to WordPress with proper metadata, alt text, and schema markup; monitor SEO performance.

Monitor and report on SEO traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound conversion metrics.

Funnel Infrastructure & Lead Capture

Build and maintain landing pages, lead magnets, and gated assets to convert traffic into qualified leads.

Collaborate with the founder to create offers and CTAs tailored to ICP segments.

Track lead magnet performance and iterate based on open rates, conversions, and ROI.

Trust Asset Development & Content Amplification

Repurpose Forbes features, podcast appearances, and case studies into outreach, content, landing pages, and sales decks.

Create Notion-based or web-based "proof hubs" to reduce trust resistance in campaigns.

Assist in amplifying PR placements and media wins across social channels and content workflows.

Identify and pitch relevant podcasts, YouTube shows, and newsletters in crypto, finance, and Web3; prepare pitches and manage logistics.

Track placement ROI and repurpose appearances into blog posts, LinkedIn threads, and short-form content.

AI-First Execution & Automation

Operate with an AI-native mindset; automate where possible.

Build repeatable workflows using ChatGPT, Descript, Clay, and SurferSEO; implement automation tools to increase speed and reduce friction.

Continuously audit workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and increase leveraged output.

Strategic Evolution & Growth Input

Adapt, evolve, and think critically; propose growth experiments and messaging strategies based on results.

Identify new ICPs, verticals, content angles, and market entry points based on weekly research.

Operate with an operator's mindset and take initiative to improve processes.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain dashboards in Notion or Airtable to track KPIs : booked calls, content published, SEO traffic, partnerships, and leads captured.

Provide weekly status reports and participate in weekly 1 : 1 syncs and monthly strategic reviews with the founder.

Qualifications

2+ years B2B growth marketing or content experience

Experience with content repurposing, demand generation, SEO, and AI

Native-level English writing and communication

Proficient in ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Descript, Apollo, Typefully, Notion

Crypto / Web3 fluency strongly preferred or proven ability to learn fast

Must be organized, KPI-driven, and execution-oriented

Security & Compliance

Maintain a secure work environment : password-protected devices and cloud storage, VPN preferred

Pass background check

Conditions & Process

Remote-only with overlap in U.S. EST hours (9am–6pm)

Full-time contract role; paid monthly
