Head of Marketing & Acquisition

We're hiring a Head of Marketing & Acquisition to lead growth for a fast‑scaling online platform. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes performance — driving measurable results through data, optimization, and smart acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full user acquisition funnel — from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Lead all paid media, affiliate, and traffic partner relationships, ensuring campaigns are fully optimized for ROI.
  • Build and manage a high‑performing growth marketing team, covering media buying, analytics, and social performance.
  • Develop and oversee A / B testing, targeting, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, FTDs, and retention, and make data‑driven adjustments in real time.
  • Identify and onboard new acquisition channels, networks, and partners.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that campaigns are both effective and brand‑aligned.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and external media partners to scale high‑quality traffic.
  • Report performance results and insights directly to senior leadership, with a focus on growth efficiency and profitability.

About You

5+ years' experience in performance marketing, acquisition, or growth leadership for an online or digital‑first brand. Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, paid media buying, funnel optimization, and data analytics. Strong analytical mindset which means you are able to translate numbers into clear strategy. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on, executional approach. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a passion for scaling traffic efficiently.
