Qualification

N3 with trade test as Mechanical Fitter.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
  • Valid milling plant PSR authorisation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical fitter teams on site
  • Ensure equipment reliability and performance
  • Conduct routine inspections and report faults
  • Implement maintenance schedules
  • Support training and development of team members
