Job description
  • Participate in an intensive development program covering all aspects of integrated security service operations management.
  • Gain hands-on experience in security operational planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and mentors to develop leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Learn and implement company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Engage in cross-departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and support functions.
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline workflow and optimize resource utilization.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives to improve business operations.
  • Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges.
  • Assist in creating and implementing long-term business strategies.
  • Develop leadership capabilities to manage teams and drive organizational success.
  • Learn about industry regulations, compliance standards, and operational policies.
  • Support risk assessment initiatives and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control processes to maintain operational excellence.
  • Work closely with senior management, employees, vendors, and external partners.
  • Present reports on development progress, operational performance, and improvement recommendations.
  • Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management and oversight.
  • Preferred qualifications / attributes / skills :

    • Bachelors degree in commerce, Financial, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in an operational or management role, with a strong interest in further development.
    • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning.
    • Strong people management skills and experience.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement.
    • A good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
    • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Drivers license and own reliable transport.
    • High levels of resilience and energy will be critical in being successful in this role.
