The Really Great Teacher Company is looking for Online English Teacher.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Delivering English lessons and guidance to students.
Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on-one or group instruction & utilizing world class teaching methods.
Leading discussions, assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback.

Position Details

Start Date :

Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process

Teaching Hours

Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week!

Students

Adult professionals over the age of 18

Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America

Remuneration

Set base rate of 6 USD per hour

Contract Type

You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider

Location :

Work from the convenience of your home

You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

You have engaging and inspiring communication skills.

You are punctual and precise timekeeping.

You are available to fit into allocated teaching shift slots.

You are aligned with The Really Great Teacher Company's values and a culture fit.

You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field).

You have accredited 120 Hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.

You have 6 months teaching or tutoring experience.

PC specifications Processor : Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or greater

Memory : 8GB RAM or greater

Backup power Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to4-5 hours(2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching)

A stable fibreinternet connectionAt a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speeds

PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection

Noise-cancellingheadsets and HD web camera.Back-up headset highly recommended

Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
