About the Role :
We’re looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media Content Creator & Scheduler to support our clients’ online presence. This role focuses heavily on creating punchy, storyline‑driven Reels, engaging posts, and well‑designed Stories using provided materials and brand guidelines. You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead for direction, and you’ll help maintain a consistent, high‑quality aesthetic across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation (Primary Task)
Create visually appealing posts, Stories, and short‑form videos using client materials and brand guidelines.
Produce punchy, on‑trend Reels using simple text overlays, short clips, and visually engaging editing styles.Adapt content into Pinterest‑friendly formats when needed.Work with guidance from the Creative Lead to ensure messaging, tone, and aesthetics align with each brand.Follow templates and update them with new content on a regular basis.Scheduling & PublishingSchedule approved posts, Reels, and Stories in Metricool according to content calendars and posting strategies.
Ensure accuracy in captions, hashtags, tagging, and timing.Reporting & InsightsPull monthly Metricool reports and customise them based on provided examples.
Highlight key performance insights, successes, and opportunities.Follow Loom video instructions to replicate report formats and standards.(Bonus Advantage) TikTok KnowledgeExperience with TikTok trends, editing styles, and platform best practices is a strong plus.
Ability to recreate Instagram content in TikTok‑friendly formats is an advantage, though not required.Requirements
Strong sense of visual aesthetics and ability to create clean, cohesive content layouts.Basic to intermediate editing skills for creating short‑form video content.Ability to follow templates and maintain consistent brand styles.Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest content trends.Experience with scheduling tools (Metricool preferred).Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously while following creative direction.Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience working with multiple brands or clients.Strong TikTok editing and trend awareness.Comfort creating simple but engaging text overlays and storyline‑based Reels.Ability to identify what “good content” looks like and maintain a high aesthetic standard.Compensation
