Job descriptionCoordinate and manage guided tours. Engage with suppliers and guides to ensure clients' travel needs are met. Ensure seamless travel experiences, maintaining excellent communication with guides, and supporting operational aspects of group tours. Proficiency in organizing and managing Guided Tours and Experiences. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and in a remote environment. Knowledge of southern and eastern Africa tourism destinations is a plus. Familiarity with Tourplan is a plus.
