Overview

Charlton Kings is a friendly family run nursing home providing 24 hour safe and dignified care for our residents. We are looking for a motivated person who genuinely cares about looking after vulnerable adults with significant health needs. You will be provided with support and coaching to grow in your role through opportunities and challenges. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have experience in a nursing home environment working to a high standard along with a passion about the care you provide. We are a caring team that values dignity and compassion at the forefront of everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents with significant health needs in a nursing home setting.
• Demonstrate compassion, dignity and respect for all residents at all times.
• Support residents’ wellbeing and independence, working with the team to deliver a safe and comfortable environment.
• Follow home policies and procedures to ensure safety, privacy and quality of care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive, patient- and family-centered care approach.
