• Finance and Financial Reporting expertise
• Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP / Accounting practices
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Excellent Operations Management skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Solid background in process automation, system implementation, and financial reporting
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
