The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For Managing the breeder houses and the relevant staff compliment.

Managing staff on the farm.

Maintaining the Company's assets and constantly striving to improve results.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

Relevant diploma and or degree in agriculture.

It is essential that the candidate have extensive experience in broiler breeders and a passion in implementing 20 keys.

Be in possession of high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.

Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.

Candidate should be self-driven, motivated and energized.
