As the Finance Manager : Shared Services, you will partner closely with the Head of Finance to develop and implement a robust shared services strategy. Youll oversee multiple financial disciplines - Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Forecasting, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance -while leading high-performing teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across the Group.

Duties :
- Develop and execute the Finance Shared Services strategy
- Define and manageSLAs and KPIs to ensure performance excellence
- Driveprocess improvement, automation, and standardisation across teams
- OverseeIFRS compliance, month-end close, and financial control
- ManageAccounts Payable and Fixed Assets functions
- Ensure adherence tocorporate governance and internal control frameworks
- Lead centralisedcreditor and fixed asset teams
- Ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and capitalisation of assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
- Review and analysecash flow forecasts and variances
- Guidetax compliance and ensure alignment with SARS requirements
- Overseemonth-end and year-end reporting
- Liaise withexternal auditors and ensure statutory compliance across entities
- Manage and mentormultidisciplinary finance teams
- Conductperformance reviews and succession planning
- Build a culture ofaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Completed SAICA Articles3 - 7 years of relevant financial and managerial experience (minimum 5 years in management / supervisory role)Exposure in core Manufacturing / FMCG or Retail Experience is a MUSTMust have strong leadership experienceExperience in a SAP environment (preferably SAP R / 3 FI, SD, MM modules)Strong knowledge of IFRS, Income Tax, and VAT ActAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExposure to fixed assets, creditor reconciliation, and tax complianceSkills & Competencies :
