Overview
United Exports is looking for an In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and lead strategic hiring across our shared services and operational areas. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies, champion the candidate experience and ensure our talent aligns with our culture and long-term goals. This is a high-impact hands-on role for someone who is passionate about in-house recruitment and who is excited to work at the heart of a fast-paced globally integrated business.
Key Responsibilities / Performance Outputs
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to internal teams across HR, finance, operations, logistics, agronomy and more.
- Lead end-to-end hiring : defining role needs, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering insights and guidance on workforce planning and market availability.
- Use sourcing tools, job boards and LinkedIn to find and engage the right talent proactively.
- Maintain and optimise internal talent pipelines for business-critical roles.
- Champion an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and share insights that improve hiring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, IT and other internal teams to support onboarding, probation management and offboarding.
Qualifications
