Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobility Device Technician located in the City of Tshwane.

The Mobility Device Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of mobility devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal device performance.

The technician will work closely with the service team to provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues for mobile devices and laptops.

Experience in performing routine maintenance and ensuring optimal device performance.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics or a related field.
