Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for two sister companies (Ireland & UK)
- Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and track expenses
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reports, ensuring clear visibility of cashflow and liabilities
- Set up and schedule payments (subject to MD authorisation)
- Maintain thorough, audit-ready financial records in line with regulatory requirements
- Handle euro / sterling accounting
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience (senior experience welcomed)Solid knowledge of both euro and sterling accountingProficiency with cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and ExcelExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrityA self-starter who can work independently, escalating for approvals when neededExperience in a regulated industry (insurance / financial services) is an advantageBonus : Familiarity with Sage and UK's 12% Insurance Premium Tax (IPT)Why Join Us
