- Utilise hosting skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct stocktakes and manage inventory effectively
- Provide training and mentoring to staff on wine knowledge and service
- Expertise in wine pairing to enhance the dining experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

The working cycle will be discussed with the employer, but it is a bush based role so you will be mostly likely work a 6week on 2 week off type of cycle.
