Job descriptionBCom Accounting or equivalent qualification Completed SAIPA Articles + 23 years post-articles experience, or 45 years in property accounting Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Experience on MDA is essential Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Growth within a reputable Property Fund Supportive and collaborative finance environment Hybrid role available once trained
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reconciliations, reporting, and trial balance preparation
- Oversee property-related accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare management reports and assist with audits and budgets
- Work confidently on MDA Property Management System
- Analyse financial data and support process improvements
