Job Summary

Our client is a flourishing property group with a successful record that spans nearly 50 years. Their impressive portfolio covers various property sectors, including a high-end game lodge and spa that is part of a more than 6000-hectare game reserve in Magaliesburg. Given their continued growth, they are on the hunt for a Deputy General Manager to bolster their team.

Based at the game lodge in Magaliesburg, you will be tasked with overseeing daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include elevating guest satisfaction and overall experience during their stay, training and mentoring more junior staff members, and providing robust support to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be based in relatively close proximity to the lodge in Magaliesburg.
- Have a relevant hospitality qualification.
- Possess 4 to 6 years of similar experience.
- Exhibit a guest-centric attitude.
