Job Description

To proactively originate and structure Real Estate Finance (REF) solutions for core and franchise building real estate clients in collaboration with Client Coverage, Regional Heads and Sub-Segment Leads / Heads by providing end to end execution oversight, coordination and coaching to drive the delivery of holistic Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) client solutions.

Essential Functions

• Drive origination of REF solutions and multi-product CIB deals with C-Suite, board-level decision makers and key management teams in partnership with Client Coverage, Regional Heads and Sub-Segment Leads / Heads to deliver client centric solutions that improve the overall client experience.
• Contribute and shape the development of client plans and strategies by providing REF perspectives and insights to shape the strategic thinking and enhance the client portfolio through a holistic approach that directly impacts the outcome of the Product Risk Management Committee (PRMC) discussions and enhancements.
• Drive focus on Standard
