- Role Overview :
- We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. No prior EV charger experience is needed — full training will be provided. This role requires a tech-savvy, proactive individual who can learn quickly, communicate effectively, and help keep our EV infrastructure operational.
- Full-time, 40 Hours / Week
- Fully remote, work from home
- Salary : ZAR 17,000-20,000 / month, commensurate with skills and experience
- Availability to work during EST business hours.
Responsibilities :
Monitor EV charger statuses and identify any issues.Communicate with property owners and drivers to assist with troubleshooting.Coordinate with maintenance teams for on-site support.Document issues and resolutions in the system.Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or Technical Support SpecialistTech-savvy with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage active issues efficientlyCustomer service or technical support experience in IT or related field preferredTraining Provided :
