Junior Attorney R 35,000pm STELLENBOSCH, CPT (Must reside in/near Stellenbosch)

A well-established property investment and development group is looking to appoint a newly admitted Attorney to join their in-house legal function. This role is ideal for a candidate who has recently completed articles and wants to move into a commercial, private-sector environment where legal work is practical, fast-moving, and closely tied to real business decisions.

You will work alongside a senior in-house attorney and play a key role in managing the legal paperwork that keeps complex property transactions and operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts and legal documentation
  

• Assisting with property-related agreements, leases and transactional paperwork
  

• Supporting compliance and regulatory processes
  

• Coordinating legal files and maintaining document control
  

• Liaising with external attorneys, stakeholders and internal teams
  

• Providing day-to-day legal administrative and operational support

  • Completed articles in a law firm environment
    

  • Strong drafting ability and attention to detail
    

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files
