Job descriptionCA(SA) qualification Minimum of 3 years commercial experience , post-articles Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling, etc.) Exposure to Sage X3 or a comparable ERP system Strong technical accounting and analytical skills Proven experience in a services-based industry preferred People management experience able to lead, mentor, and drive performance
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead operational finance functions, manage a team, and support strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Group Financial Manager with strategic and operational finance duties
- Oversee and manage foreign exchange transactions
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and drive the month-end close processes
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
- Supervise the accounts payable function
- Lead and develop a small finance team, promoting best practices and accountability
