Responsibilities :
- Daily follow-ups with shippers and proactive updates to customers and agents.
- Ability to escalate issues timeously.
- Handling export bookings and opening files in line with weekly schedules.
- Familiarity with hazardous cargo acceptance processes.
- Coordinating cargo movement from shipper to CFS and monitoring documents.
- Ensuring ISPM15 compliance (fumigation / heat treatment for wooden packaging).
Requirements :
Minimum 1 years experience in sea freight forwarding / logistics (LCL, FCL, groupage, hazardous cargo, Incoterms).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Matric / Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
