Job description

Responsibilities :

Daily follow-ups with shippers and proactive updates to customers and agents.
Ability to escalate issues timeously.
Handling export bookings and opening files in line with weekly schedules.
Familiarity with hazardous cargo acceptance processes.
Coordinating cargo movement from shipper to CFS and monitoring documents.
Ensuring ISPM15 compliance (fumigation / heat treatment for wooden packaging).

Requirements :

Minimum 1 years experience in sea freight forwarding / logistics (LCL, FCL, groupage, hazardous cargo, Incoterms).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Matric / Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
