Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that support the professional growth and development of our employees. This individual will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop learning initiatives, and measure the effectiveness of training programs. The Talent Development Specialist will also provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to enhance their skills and competencies.Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop learning objectives that support organizational goalsDesign and deliver effective development programs using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, online courses, and webinarsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, metrics, and performance evaluationsProvide one-on-one coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and reach their full potentialAssist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planningStay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development and recommend new ideas and initiatives to support employee growthMaintain accurate records of training activities and employee development plansQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial and Organizational psychology or a related field3+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principlesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organizationExperience with learning management systems and other training technology toolsProfessional certification in talent development, coaching, or related field is a plusHuman Resources jobs
