Location : Remote (Full-Time)

Compensation :

$2,000 USD (Base & Commissions)

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Motivate the Sales Team : Manage and mentor a team of six remote sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct Daily Sales Meetings : Host structured daily team huddles to review goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Sales Training & Development : Listen to recorded calls, provide constructive feedback, and run regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in Closing Deals : Support team members on high-value opportunities, providing live assistance where needed to close more sales.
  • Monitor Communication Channels : Oversee messages, emails, and CRM activity to ensure all leads and opportunities are being followed up promptly.
  • Performance Tracking : Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze each salesperson’s performance and productivity.
  • Pipeline Management : Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and follows an organized sales process.
  • Reporting : Provide weekly performance reports, outlining wins, challenges, and actionable plans to improve team performance.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with company leadership to align sales strategy with marketing and operational goals.
  • Culture & Accountability : Foster a motivated, positive, and accountable team culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management (preferably in home services, wellness products, or filtration systems).
  • Proven track record of leading and improving a remote sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

  • Experience in the water filtration or health / wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with call monitoring tools (e.g., Aircall, Close, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience building incentive programs or optimizing commission plans.
