We are seeking a Senior Planner with a strong track record in building construction planning for large-scale projects (hospitals, schools, retail). If you''re experienced, deadline-driven, and thrive in a detail-oriented rolethis is your next move.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, monitor, and manage project plans and programmes.

Track progress and delays against the accepted programme.

Collate supporting documentation for contractual claims.

Attend commercial meetings and advise on all active claims.

Generate client-facing delay programmes in the required format.

Maintain registers for queries, site instructions, and contractual notices.

Integrate resourcing data into claim programmes.

Meet critical project timelines and reporting deadlines.

Technical Requirements :

Proficient in CCS Candy (non-negotiable).

Strong skills in Microsoft Projects, Word, and Excel .

Qualifications & Experience :

Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction / Engineering / Project Management).

Minimum 10 years of planning experience on large-scale building projects .

Proven background working with complex hospital, education, and commercial developments.

Ideal Candidate :

Highly organized, self-motivated, and contractually astute.

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and delivering under pressure.
