Job description

Minimum requirements :

Matric, NQF Level 6 or 7, CFP or CFA candidates or enrolled
Experience within the Financial Service Industry will be beneficial
Must be computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Drivers licence and own car is a must to visit clients
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
Strong people skills are required

Duties will include, but is not limited to :

Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsible for nurturing long-term customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.

Serving as a main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, managing relationships, providing information about products and services, and fostering client loyalty by ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
