Minimum requirements :
- Matric, NQF Level 6 or 7, CFP or CFA candidates or enrolled
- Experience within the Financial Service Industry will be beneficial
- Must be computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Drivers licence and own car is a must to visit clients
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
- Strong people skills are required
Duties will include, but is not limited to :
Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships.Responsible for nurturing long-term customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.Serving as a main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, managing relationships, providing information about products and services, and fostering client loyalty by ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.Please note : Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
