Summary : Manage Human Resources for various clients within the consultancy from administration to advisory. Support in developing the Human Resources portfolio of the consultancy.
Reporting to : Senior HR Consultant
Location : Cape Town
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Work setup : Remote Work (ad hoc visits to clients around Cape Town)
Responsibilities
- Managing the relevant elements (admin, implementation, advisory) within the HR portfolio :
Statutory Compliance (UIF, COIDA, EE, SDL etc)
Employee related paperwork (contracts, policies, letters, memos etc)Remuneration & PayrollOnboarding & InductionProbation & Performance ManagementTraining & DevelopmentDisciplinary Management / IRTalent Management & RetentionOffboardingOrganisational Development :Vision & Values

Bachelor's Degree in Human ResourcesHonors Degree in HR or Industrial / Organisational Psychology is advantageousAt least 3 years experience working as an HR Lead / HR Consultant or in a similar roleExperience in an agency environment handling multiple accounts is advantageousBased in Cape Town to serve Cape Town based clients.Own vehicle and valid drivers licenceSystems : Asana & ClickUp, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Payspace & Simple Pay, Canva, Toggl, WorkableCompetencies
