Business Analyst - Digital Products - 1-Year Engagement

Language Requirements : Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst - Digital Products to join our team for a 1-year engagement . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality technical and financial proposals , Statements of Work (SOWs) , and client-focused documentation for a range of digital solutions including web, mobile, cloud, ERP, EPM, SPM , and other enterprise platforms. The role requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, technical feasibility, and compliance standards—particularly for government clients .

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in writing technical and financial proposals for digital products and software solutions .
• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements , architecture, scalability, integration, and user experience.
• Experience drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for software development projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured deliverables and documentation.
• Familiarity with government RFPs and platforms such as Etimad , and client-specific tender portals.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and bid / proposal management protocols.
• Understanding of product development cycles (e.g., MVP to V1, V2 iterations).
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in government digital projects.
