What You’ll Do
As a Project Administrative Support, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting high-impact projects. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations and contributing to project success.Key Responsibilities :
Provide general administrative support including report formatting, PowerPoint formatting, arrange and coordinate meetings and data capturing.Arrange travelAccommodationCar rentalFlightsForex application and ReconciliationVisasManage day-to-day office operations : printer checks, seating arrangements for newcomers, stationery orders, and reporting building issues.Assist with bidding documents (e.g., formatting CVs, completing forms, ensuring consistency).Assist with bid and project administration on the ERPMaintain effective internal communication to ensure smooth information flow.Support quality assurance processes and project administration tasks.Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.What You’ll Bring
