What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)
Youll partner closely with managers and leadership across the business to align HR strategy with business objectives. From driving leadership development and talent retention to optimising performance management systems and shaping incentive schemes youll be central to enhancing the employee experience. Youll also support workforce planning diversity initiatives and learning strategies while contributing to policy design and change management. This role will see you influencing not just HR but how the business grows through its people.

What youll need
You bring a relevant degree in Human Resources Business Administration or similar backed by at least 8 years HR experience including 5 in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role. Youre confident with MS365 tools and ideally familiar with HRIS / ERP platforms. Your strengths lie in performance management employee engagement leadership development and HR strategy with a deep understanding of SA labour practices.
