Responsibilities
Build a strong understanding of TransPerfect’s services, including their benefits and competitive advantageIdentify and target prospective customers and organizations to drive sales activitiesEstablish new client relationships through methods such as cold calling, online research, and trade showsCollaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunitiesEducate clients on TransPerfect’s services, promoting their value and relevance to client needsWork closely with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer supportOversee pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company proceduresStay informed about clients’ industries, business goals, and company culture to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutionsTake on additional projects or duties as needed to support business objectivesQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BusinessAt least 1 - 3 years' of outbound sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishMost importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of serviceIndustry background in Learning Development, Digital Marketing or AI solutionsPolicy
