Required is a degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Property Studies, Town Planning or related field with 35 years experience in data analytics, financial analysis or real estate / lease management.

Advanced Excel, Power BI and Dataverse skills are essential, while exposure to SearchWorks and Windeed will set you apart. Bring sharp analytical thinking, financial acumen and attention to detail to drive insights, evaluate lease performance and shape executive decision-making.
