REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5+ years in sales roles within SaaS, custom software, digital transformation, or B2B technology sectors.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in solution selling and managing B2B sales cycles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and sales processes
- Results-driven mindset with strong initiative and persistence
- Experience in bespoke software sales, agile development, or cloud solutions is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by targets and incentives
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
DUTIES
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and targeted outreachGenerate leads via inbound inquiries, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry eventsBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with company targetsConduct consultative sales presentations and demos to showcase bespoke software solutionsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offeringsCollaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and respond to RFPs effectivelyNurture existing client relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunitiesAct as a trusted point of contact, providing ongoing support and gathering feedbackTrack client interactions in CRM systems to ensure accurate forecasting and reportingStay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologiesContribute insights to the sales team and assist in refining sales strategiesSupport marketing efforts by providing field-level feedback and participating in campaignsSalary : R negotiable dependent on experience
