About the Role
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for placing qualified English teachers across international schools and language centres.
You'll develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, manage a growing team of recruiters, and collaborate closely with global education partners to ensure seamless placements.
You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment function, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee document collection and compliance, ensuring all candidates meet international placement requirements.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet placement targets and ensure smooth delivery of teacher recruitment campaigns.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, job boards, and international recruitment agencies to strengthen candidate pipelines.
Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified ESL and certified teachers for international placements.
Coordinate marketing and recruitment campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and effective outreach across digital and offline channels.
Analyse and report on recruitment data, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and results.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years' recruitment experience.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and managing high-volume campaigns.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for international education and cultural exchange.
