Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to oversee the full spectrum of branch financial operations : From producing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensuring every financial process aligns with industry regulations. With key responsibilities spanning treasury , SARS and tax compliance , and overall financial governance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and regulatory certainty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the accounts settlement function to ensure accurate, timely processing and high service standards.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and payable performance, ensuring strong controls and compliance.
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and quality across finance operations.
• Ensure timely transaction recording, reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor billing performance, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Review balance sheet and income statement items, explaining variances against forecasts and prior periods.
• Manage tax compliance, statutory submissions, and payment schedules.
• Prepare forecasts, reforecasts, and financial presentations for management.
• Maintain accountability for team performance, outputs, and continuous improvement.
