Job descriptionStrong experience with React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript. Backend development with C# .NET (APIs, serverless functions, integrations). AWS serverless production experience (CDK, Lambda, API Gateway). Database experience with SQL and / or DynamoDB. Experience with CI / CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions). Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Theodo Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Role and Responsibilities
- Split your time 50% across frontend and 50% backend development.
- Building modern, user-friendly applications with React and Next.js.
- Delivering scalable, serverless backends on AWS using C# .NET and CDK (in TypeScript).
- Designing and integrating with SQL or DynamoDB databases.
- This is a client-facing role where you’ll contribute technical insight in planning and problem-solving sessions with clients.
