Position : National HR & IR Manager
Location : East Rand, Johannesburg
CTC : R1.2 million per annum
Key Responsibilities :
Full HR / IR leadership including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Coach and support management on all people-related matters.
Manage disciplinary procedures, retrenchments, and CCMA processes.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and MIBCO agreements.
Requirements :
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak)
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field + Labour Law qualification (Essential)
Minimum 10 years’ HR / IR management experience
Solid knowledge of HR legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, etc.)
Experience with MIBCO
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Automotive industry experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
