Job descriptionManagement of the year-end external audit requirements / deliverables Ensure that financial transactions in the group are recorded in compliance with IFRS Assist group companies with technical accounting transactions and year-end reporting packs Review inter-group transactions and loan accounts Overseeing the reporting by group companies (local and foreign) and perform group consolidations Tax calculations Group financial reporting packs for submission to a listed company Preparation of group companies annual financial statements Compiling of management information Drafting of reports for the Finance and risk committee and board of directors Tax compliance responsibilities Compile group consolidated budgets and budget reporting pack Compile Group consolidated cash flow forecast Assistance / involvement with mergers and acquisitions Assist CFO and CEO with presentations to stakeholders 3 years post article experience Management accounting experience Problem solving skills / can work independently
