Job descriptionTo execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised. (The Premier way). To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times. Adhere to all Company rules and procedures. Planned maintenance of assigned assets Administration and record control SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping Food Safety Health & Safety Stacking of Crate Picking of stock Damage repacks. Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment. Understanding of production process Quality management principles Accuracy / Attention to deal : Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements. Extreme attention to detail and accurate documentation. Numerical ability. Innovation / Continuous Improvements Teamwork Accountability Sense of urgency / results orientation Respect Matric / Grade 12 1 to 2 years FMCG industry experience Working in a factory environment – hot, noisy and Maize dust Required to work overtime when required. (After hours, weekends and public holidays) Pressurised Environment 2025 / 10 / 29 Production / Manufacturing jobs
