Project Manager Position
A well-known advertising agency in the Umhlanga area is looking for a Project Manager with advertising agency background knowledge and experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the internal process.
- Build relationships with interactive functions (Studio, structure, production, transport & costing).
- Take ownership of elements of projects once briefing is complete and online expectations are clear.
- Ensure your AE is free to see clients 2 – 3 days a week.
- Participate in all production meetings and studio / project team interactions.
- Build an understanding of how to manage CPS timelines on every job, both small (Basic Trade) and large (Complex).
- Agree on a status to AE per status to client to allow for planning and manufacture.
- Quality check on press / System Print sign off on press / Billing – To client : done / not done / Transport – Splits / Correct Quote, communicate billing update with Rani.
- Collection and support daily.
