Role & Responsibilities
- The Agile Master (Senior) is responsible for guiding teams and organizations on how to use Agile / Scrum practices effectively while adding value to projects and customers.
- This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams to higher levels of maturity, and leveraging financial / accounting expertise to optimize demand planning and project delivery within the Code Beamer environment.
- Agile Guidance and Value Creation : Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and add value to projects and customers. Align within bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value adding
- Cross-Site Collaboration : Collaborate with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites / locations ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Workshop and Meeting Facilitation : Structure workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team''s agile way of working, including facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Team Self-Organization Coaching : Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization in Agile
- Agile Maturity Assessment : Assess Agile maturity and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace
- Impediment Removal : Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel
- Safe Environment Creation : Build a trusting environment where problems can be raised without blame, emphasizing problem solving
- Communication and Transparency : Improve internal and external communication and show team status / performance
- Product Owner Support : Support the business product owner with backlog grooming processes
- Data quality : Identify and facilitate fixing data quality issues to arrive at more mature stories
- Servant Leadership : Provide support to the team using servant leadership and lead by example
- Project Coordination : Assist with project and team coordination tasks when needed
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum mandatory qualifications :
Scrum Master CertificationExperience as a Team LeadMinimum mandatory experience :
5-8 Years Experience in Agile PrinciplesProven experience in managing technical teams using the AGILE methodologyAdvantageous experience :
