About the Role :

An international and fully wireless ISP company is seeking a proactive, strategic Sales Manager to lead our team into a more business-focused era.

As our client expands their dealer and B2B network across Southern Africa, they need a leader who combines sales acumen, process discipline, and team-building excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, and build scalable systems that enable teams across multiple regions to succeed.

You will manage a distributed Sales team, align marketing efforts, and ensure dealers are trained and supported to grow the business sector footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales Strategy :

Develop and implement quarterly sales strategies focused on expanding our business-to-business market share.

  • Team Building & Leadership :
  • Build, train, and inspire a geographically distributed sales team. Ensure all team members are aligned with the company's vision and performance standards.

  • Dealer Network Expansion :
  • Oversee the onboarding and enablement of new dealers, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to succeed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to align sales campaigns and messaging with business client needs.

  • Performance & Accountability :
  • Manage and hold the team accountable via digital tools like Google Meet and internal dashboards. Track performance rigorously and coach underperformance proactively.

  • Admin & Process Management :
  • Maintain high standards of administrative control, documentation, CRM usage, and pipeline tracking. Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

  • National Presence :
  • Be based in Somerset West , Randburg , or Newcastle and be willing to travel nationally to support team performance and dealer activation.

    What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in building and training high-performing sales teams , preferably across multiple locations or regions.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan and implement across quarters.
  • Excellent administrative skills and a process-driven mindset .
  • Comfortable with remote team management and performance tracking.
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams to drive B2B growth.
  • Natural leadership with the ability to motivate, align, and hold teams accountable .
