Job descriptionCovering the Middle East and Africa region, you’ll be assisting the business in driving expansion, M&A and general commercial matters. Additional matters will cover disputes, insurance, bids, tenders and outside counsel management. Board, shareholder, compliance, governance and regulatory responsibilities. HR and employment issues as and when they arise. Have a corporate and commercial skill set, but ideally also with exposure to private equity and M&A. Deal driven, problem solving, ‘can do’ attitude where you take a collaborative approach. A guideline of Between 4 and 7 PQE, with a combination of a strong law firm background, and ideally some in-house work. Fluent English is essential, French is helpful.
