Senior Financial Adviser opportunity with Benchmark Capital Group, a premier financial advisory firm in South Africa.

This is a limited, high-impact role for an experienced professional to join our elite team from 1 January.

Your Role

Based in Gauteng (with Cape Town opportunities opening January). This full‑time hybrid role combines independence with strong support to enable you to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke wealth management and financial planning solutions to an affluent and high‑value client base.
  • Provide expert advice on wealth creation, protection, corporate benefits, and business assurance.
  • Build deep, trusted client partnerships through strategic networking and industry engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including in‑branch engagements, while leveraging a dedicated operational support team to streamline administration.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ client‑facing financial planning experience in investments and insurance.
  • RE + CBT certification, 3 years DOFA, and completed supervision.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical problem‑solver with proven results.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools and a drive for continuous professional development.
