Duties & Responsibilities

Salary :

RCTC per annum Slightly Negotiable excluding incentives

Requirements :

Undergraduate degree or Technical Qualification

10 years applicable experience

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting the Broadcast Telecoms and Electronics markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers partners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in complementary verticals that align with the Companys capabilities and strategic goals.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate product launches promotions and event participation.
• Work closely with technical teams to communicate value propositions effectively.
