Are you a natural leader who thrives under pressure and keeps operations running like clockwork? We’re looking for a hands-on Night Shift Manager to take charge of our overnight operations and lead a committed, high-performing team through the most crucial hours of the day.

What You’ll Do :

Supervise and support the night shift teams

Handle escalations and crisis situations

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues

Manage escalations and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently

Ensure operational continuity and compliance

Submit end-of-shift reports

What You Bring :

Proven experience managing teams

Strong IT knowledge : hardware, software, networks, and common troubleshooting

Crisis management and problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy with the ability to use monitoring tools and support software

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Willingness to work strictly night shifts

Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 21 : 00 -06 : 00
