Job description

Requirements :

  • Grade 12 plus a Chef Certificate or Diploma.
  • 12 years experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in 5-star restaurants.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work well across departments.
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, and proactive in the kitchen.
